1. I want a loan facility that is flexible and simple, at a competitive interest rate. I don’t want to pay monthly or annual fees and I certainly don’t want to pay for statements. I want the ability to re-draw extra payments I have made at no cost, even if it as little as $50.
2. What if I don’t have evidence of genuine saving history, can I still enjoy the benefits, flexibility and low interest rate of a premium home loan product?
3. I am self-employed and can’t prove my income. I only require 80% of the purchase price of my new property or 80% of the value of an existing property I am refinancing.
