2. STRUCTURE

In most cases the broker will meet with you to collect any information, sign the application and go through the process with you. The broker will then collate the information and send it to one of our senior credit managers who will assist in structuring the loan.

3. RECEIVE AN INDICATIVE OFFER

Based on the information you provide us we will issue you an Indicative Offer.
This will include your interest rate, fees, loan features and information you should know about the loan.

4. APPROVAL

Once you have accepted our Indicative Offer and include any information required we will have approval for you generally within 48 hours. On many occasions this will be delivered within 24 hours.

5. FULLY APPROVED LOAN OFFER

When your loan is approved we will immediately put this document in your hands. Typically, the valuation needs to be instructed at this stage to support the loan amount approved. We will ensure valuation is timely and correctly instructed.

6. DOCUMENTATION AND SETTLEMENT

Once documents are signed and returned to our solicitors, settlement will be booked. Settlement is usually 3 days after documents have been received.
